How does the Keepsakes For a Cause Partnership Program work?

We partner with schools, nonprofits, charities, teams, and community organizations to create an easy way to raise funds through Caring Creative Gifts.

Your community will shop our collection of personalized photo frames from our main website. When they are ready to check out they'll use your organization’s unique code (for example OWLS26 - we can make it anything you'd like, from the mascot to the school name) , and a portion of every qualifying sale goes directly back to your organization.

That unique code will track the orders for your organization, so that once the fundraiser is complete we'll know exactly how many sales there were for your group.

How much does our organization earn?

Your organization earns 25% of qualifying sales made through your partnership. We believe giving back should feel meaningful - not like a tiny percentage after your community has done all the work.

Does it cost anything to participate?

Nope. There are no upfront costs, inventory purchases, participation fees, or minimum sales requirements for your organization. This is a no risk scenario for your group.

How much work will our organization have to do?

Very little! And that's the whole idea! We handle the shopping experience, orders, payments, production, packaging, shipping, and customer service. Your main role is simply helping us spread the word to your community.

Once you say YES! Let's do it!:
Step 1: We'll decide together the timeframe for your fundraising event. 2 weeks usually works well.

Step 2: We'll come up with a fun and memorable shopping code for your group.

Step 3: We'll share a Google folder with your team that has, email templates and timing for emails, social media templates that you can edit in Canva, and other marketing resources to help you spread the word FAST. (If you have limited time or team to update these marketing resources, we can help with that too)

Step 4: You share the information about your fundraiser through emails and social media.

Step 5: We take over and handle the rest.

Do we have to collect orders or money?

Nope! All purchases are made directly through Caring Creative Gifts website, so there's no collecting order forms, handling payments, keeping track of inventory, or distributing products.

What can our community purchase?

Supporters can choose from more than 200 layered photo frame designs, with options for celebrating family, friendships, pets, teachers, sports, milestones, holidays, and so many of life's meaningful moments.

How long does a partnership run?

Partnerships can be designed around your organization's needs. We can help determine a timeframe that makes sense for your community, whether you're raising funds for a specific initiative, event, school year, or ongoing need.

When and how will our organization receive its funds?

Once your partnership ends, we’ll allow 14 days for any returns or refunds to be processed. After that period, we’ll calculate your organization’s final earnings and send your funds by check. We’ll keep you updated along the way, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.
